An idea for developing a unique curing and cooking procedure for the preparation of a one-of-a-kind, high-quality bone-in smoked ham. In addition, Harry had invented the final touch to his unique gourmet ham... the spiral-slicing process. Thus the advent of The Authentic HoneyBaked Ham® .
